Choco Soup
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 lemon grass chopped
2 tbsp orange zest – for those of you that don’t know, orange zest is the grated peel of an orange

½ Cup water
1 TBS cocoa powder
1 TBS vanilla sugar
1 TBS metled butter
1 Cup unbleached flour
